ARB Consulting Arts is a dedicated group of arts consultants committed to fostering community engagement through the transformative power of the arts. Guided by our mission, we empower and connect communities, by creating art exploration spaces for intergenerational families of diverse cultures, instilling self-awareness and celebrating every voice and story.
We work with individuals and organizations, offering expertise in various artistic avenues through a lens of racial equity and restorative justice. We strive to instill self-awareness within the community by creating art exploration spaces for intergenerational families of various cultures. By fostering inclusive, creative, and sustainable engagement practices that harness the diverse modalities of visual arts, performing arts, literary arts, and digital media, we partner with community members, organizations, and stakeholders to cultivate vibrant, resilient communities where every voice is heard and every story is valued.

About our Founder & CEO
Aviona
Rodriguez Brown
Aviona Rodriguez Brown instills inclusivity and accessibility, by creating multidisciplinary art to tell stories surrounding being multiracial, exploring queerness, working through mental illness, and stress, and navigating drug addiction, and homelessness. Through ongoing community-oriented youth projects, they aspire to educate the masses on self-awareness and the benefits of art alternatives when dealing with everyday stresses.
Creatrix encompasses the many art avenues to which they contribute: Arts Education Administration, Board Memberships, Curating, Directing, Teaching, Mentoring, Stage Managing, Performing, Producing, and Writing.
As a social justice leader, Aviona has teamed up with local arts activist Lily Raabe, Food Lifeline, and Commonacre to bring awareness to locally produced farms throughout the city and ensure food distribution to those in need happens in the Southend of Seattle.
Avióna is an outspoken activist for racial and social equities in the theater community. Early arts & theater education is a core value for them. Since 2020, Aviona has continued to produce intergenerational Community-making spaces, non-financially bound clothing swaps, and job fairs.
